On the account information page scroll down to purchase history.

The list under locations will vary depending on which apps you have installed but your device will always have an on my device listing. If you are on ios 13 go to settings safari downloads and check what is your download location it should be on my iphone. Note that this tab is slightly misleading because it contains both the apps you purchased and those you downloaded for free.
